High Efficient Flocculant Polyacrylamide for Water Treatment and Mining Tailings Treatment. Flocculant is currently the most widely used agent in sewage treatment, and the flocculation process is an indispensable key link in the sewage treatment process.

According to chemical composition, flocculants are categorized as: inorganic salt flocculant, organic polymer flocculant, and microbial flocculant. Users can make appropriate selections based on wastewater characteristics. The combination of flocculant with wastewater treatment equipment enhances treatment efficiency and effectively resolves wastewater treatment challenges.

1. Dissolution: Dissolve polyacrylamide in water to make a 0.5-5‰ solution. Add polyacrylamide into water gradually and continuously.
2. Blending: Avoid excessive blending speed. Suggested rotational speed: 60-200 rpm.
3. Container: Use enamel, aluminum or plastic containers. Do not use iron containers as they may cause degradation.
4. Timing: Dissolve polyacrylamide when needed. Do not use solutions made long ago.
5. Mixing: Avoid excessive mixing after adding polyacrylamide solution to turbid liquid.
6. Concentration: Cationic and nonionic polyacrylamide solutions should have lower concentrations than anionic due to molecular weight differences.

This product is formed by emulsion polymerization at normal temperature, achieving molecular weights up to 20 million. It forms strong coatings and inhibitions through long-chain structures.
